My name is Duke Agbeko, I am a black British photographer and graduate of Birmingham City University (BCU). I specialise in portraiture and street photography with the themes of my work relating to identity, representation, fashion and culture. The inspiration behind the majority of my work comes from music. Aside from photography, I create graphic design work mainly including concepts of album artwork and collages.
Within my FMP titled ‘Home Alone,’ I explored concepts of mental health and isolation in relation to the Japanese term hikikomori, illustrating the experiences of those who identify with it through collage and imagery
