George is a British photographer and aspiring creative director with a background in fashion, beauty, and editorial photography.
In his latest creative practice, George’s work analyses the concept of faith placement and the act the consumerism movement has on society. George believes that Constant aspiration and lust for a luxury lifestyle, fuelled by power and greed feeds into the act of consumerism; with society placing their belief and faith in consumerism.
This placement of faith in consumerisms questions whether consumerisms a new form of religion. An alternative movement to place one’s faith, aspirations, and desires in. George’s work looks to explore this theory through the genre of fashion photography with his work looking to identify whether the movement of consumerisms become the new religion whilst analysing and critiquing whether the true worship and placement of faith within consumerisms lead to happiness and one’s desire idealistic influenced lifestyle.
Starting to make a name for himself, George looks to continue in expressing his creative vision whilst expanding his experience and knowledge as a photographer and creative director.
