Daniel Trembovelski is a 24 years old young jeweller. From a Russian family, he grew up in France and studied at university in the United Kingdom as well as in Italy. Jewellery has been in his family for three generations therefore he has quickly developed an interest to craftsmanship. Thereafter, he made his interest in jewellery evolve from passion to profession.
Daniel’s long term ambition is to master traditional skills as well as modern techniques in jewellery to allow him to create unique jewellery pieces by mixing both. The piece shown on this page is a good example. After loosing a finger on his right hand during an accident, Daniel transformed his handicap from a weakness to a strength by creating a unique finger prosthesis made out of silver and hard rubber assembled together.
Through his works, Daniel hopes to help maintain the traditional heritage of jewellery as well as push further the creative boundaries of jewellery.
