I am a RIBA Part 1 graduate, having finished my formal education at Birmingham City University.
Coming from Pakistan which is a very rich in culture and an undiscovered country amongst the many, has a lot to offer to the world in terms of Art, design, historic and modern architecture, landscapes and food.
Growing up in east and studying architecture in the west has polished my critical thinking and design approach in an interesting manner. I like to relate my designs with the site I am working on while making them standout amongst the traditional buildings through difference in material or giving a different language.
The concept of this project has come within me which is enforced by the society we live in. Asking everything to be perfect. A place where people can find themselves.
I have focused in this project to create an imaginary line through placing different activities in different places in the building making it more interactive with light not shining at most unconventionally on the facade but more in the courtyard which is a garden off daffodils and portraying it as ray of hope.
