The glass dome fills the space with natural daylight to minimise the use of artificial lights and energy waste. Moreover, reducing the costs which makes this more feasible to maintain.

Installation - The juxtaposition of the free-flowing installation guides you through the space to minimise the negative unused areas, whilst still adding a playful touch.

Rendered Ground floor - The overall aesthetic of the space is dependant on the sustainability of materials to contribute to a greener working space. The botanical Garden is the core element in the design as it integrates users with nature during work hours. This is a way for workers to escape mundane reality. This rendered ground floor plan of James Cond consists of an escapist form of design that follows post-modernist protocols but with accessibility in mind for the disadvantaged e.g. the invisible lift and a separate side entrance for the disadvantaged but with the same experience.

Rendered First Floor plan - The first floor shows an array of various of layouts to fit the users type of work. E.g. Architects will switch between the collaborative zones as they work in groups to complete tasks whereas some may choose to work in the private study pods for a more focused work type.

Rendered Section/Materials Board - This is the overall aesthetic of the office retreat, where biophilia is at the heart of the design decisions. Charcoal grey is an effective base colour to allow the bright furnishings to stand out and create a dramatic but luxurious finish. Earthy green tones run through to cancel out the dark walls to create a warmer environment.
